Data and Network Security

· Every employee has it’s unique username and password to access his/her workstation

· Electronic Devices such as mobile phones, PDA are not being allowed on the production floor and the USB ports and other media drives are disabled.

· Access to local drives of our server is restricted based on the process the employee assigned to.

· Appropriate backup mechanism to prevent data loss.

· Weekly update of the antivirus pattern on every system is done to ensure security.

Confidentiality

· Every employee signs a Non-Disclosure Agreement at the time of recruitment & any breach of the same leads to termination of employment.

· Restricted access to internet websites and the same are allowed only if it is a process requirement.

Collection of Data

User privacy and security is of the utmost importance to the Provider. The provider will always follow the principles of this Privacy Policy and ask the User how the User would like the Provider to communicate with the User.
